of the beautiful people of Hope
and beyond!

Our Approach
At Creekside Clinical Counselling, we believe in the power of connection - connection with yourself, with others, and with the natural world around us. Located in beautiful Hope, British Columbia, we leverage the therapeutic benefits of nature to enhance your healing process. Our sessions are designed to be a collaborative experience, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

The Creekside Difference
What sets us apart? In addition to our commitment to evidence-based practices, we can also incorporate the therapeutic presence of a trained therapy puppy. Studies have shown that interacting with animals can reduce stress, promote relaxation, and foster a sense of connection. If you are a dog lover as well, our furry companion, Luna, is here to provide comfort and support during your sessions.

Embrace the Healing Power of Nature
Our location in Hope, BC, provides easy access to the restorative benefits of nature. We may incorporate outdoor activities, such as walks in the woods or mindfulness exercises by the creek, into your therapy sessions. Experience the calming and grounding effects of the natural world as you work towards your mental and emotional well-being.
